Flooring Options for Your Kitchen

There are many options beyond tile for your kitchen floors.  Here are a few examples of kitchen flooring that you could use within your space:

Hardwoods can being a certain level of warmth through your space.  It can also create a level seamless flow, especially if you are using hardwoods throughout your home.


Concrete floors produces a very cool industrial look.  They are non porous, easy to maintain and can be stained in many different shades.


Cork is a good option in that it is a sustainable material, it is resilient, soft and helps to reduce noise.


Tiles are traditionally used in most kitchens.  There are a variety of tiles to choose from.


Laminate flooring has come a long way.  It is a low cost alternative and can mimic the look of wood, tile and stone.
